About Visits
That is the age their personalities are showing.
Before this age they are far to young to determine personalities.
We then send home puppies at 8 weeks of age.
So if you are interested in a litter and don't want to make a reservation until "you see the litter".
An appointment can be made to view the puppies when they are 8 weeks old no sooner.
No appointments will be allowed at a younger age, except for the families that made a prior reservation.
We wait until they are 8 weeks of age to insure they have at least had their first shot.
How are puppies are kept
Are Puppies are kept clean and are born and raised indoors.
They are given constant positive attention their whole time with us.
We have a big game room that we call the "Labby Room"
This room is designated for our labs and their lab puppies. The puppies get a lot of interaction with all our kids in this room. They also become well adjusted to all the sounds of the home life,
like the sound of a vacuum.:)

Semi-Started Puppy Option:
For those That would like to obedience train yourself, but hate getting up at night to crate train.
We will now be offering Semi-Started pups.
For those who want to do most of the obedience training themselves. Semi-started pups usually are ready for their homes between 12-14 weeks. A Semi-Started pup will be started with crate training. What we mean by started is, we train the puppy to make it through the night with no accidents. This means no need to wake up every night to run your puppy out to go potty every 2 hours. This works well for "working families" that don't want to loose sleep with crate training a puppy overnight. The puppy will be mostly adjusted to their crate and no longer cry, whine, or bark and they will sleep through the night in its crate without an accident. Most puppies will also have been taught, "sit". They will be adjusted to walk well on the leash. They will have had several wormings, and two to three (depending on the age) sets of vaccinations.
We Charge $1000 extra for Started Pups. Let us know if you are interested in this training for your puppy because we will only train 2 puppies at a time.
We are now also offering a $200 discount on this training for families with certifiable disabilities or VA Vets with a 30% or more disability.
